Refunds and Returns Policy

At Elite Eye Guard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your product, our Refunds and Returns Policy ensures a clear and hassle-free process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Returns Eligibility

You can return your product(s) if:

  • The item is in unused and resaleable condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized, customized, or damaged items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Products not purchased directly from EliteEyeGuard.com cannot be returned through us.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include photographic evidence and a description of the issue when contacting us.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] with the following information:
    • Your name and order number.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Elite Eye Guard will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

Deductions (if applicable):

  • If the returned product is missing parts, damaged, or not in its original condition, a deduction may apply.
  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will dispatch the replacement item within 7 business days.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions marked as “Final Sale.”
